某批规格为22 mm 厚的糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版在表面质量检验过程中发现部分钢板表面存在纵向糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版缺陷。采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜等手段对钢板表面糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版的形成原因进行了分析。结果表明:该批钢板表面糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版主要是由于其原始连铸板坯表面存在较深的糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版缺陷,在后期轧制过程中被压扁、延伸,未轧合所致。
Longitudinal 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版s were found on the surface of some set of Q235 B steel plate with thickness of 22 mm during the quality inspection process. The 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版s formation reason was analyzed by using metallographic microscope and scanning electronic microscope. The results show that there were origin deep surface 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版 defects on the continuous cast slab which were flattened and extended during the 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版process. When the origin surface 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版s was so deep that they could not be seamed together, the longitudinal surface 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版s on the rolled steel plate formed.
